The surveys are designed to get your honest opinions on various topics.Question might include what kind of products you buy, why you choose
one product over another, your thoughts on provided services, and which brand names you prefer and why.
Multiple choice is the typical question format and sometimes there are spaces for you to add personal comments.

Surveys are generally made up of 20-50 questions.
Some surveys may take only a few minutes while others may take as long as 30 minutes. However, the average time it takes to
complete a survey is between 15 and 20 minutes.

Every time you complete a survey, you will receive an entry into our quarterly $500 Sweepstakes.
(1) The winner each Sweepstakes Quarter will receive $500 by check, which will be mailed to the address
provided in the survey registration form 8-10 weeks after winner verification.
Please note that providing false or misleading information about you in your profile and survey questionnaire will be grounds for
disqualification from the Sweepstakes.

To select the quarterly $500 Sweepstakes winner, we randomly select one winner from all eligible
entries received during the Promotion Period.
Please note that failure to respond to the email or to execute and return any requested document within seven (7) days of attempted delivery of same, or the return of any prize or prize notification within seven (7) days as undeliverable, will result in the awarding the $500 Sweepstakes prize to an alternate winner.

All personal information including survey responses, are kept strictly confidential. We will never give out or sell any personally identifiable
information.
We will share your survey answers with our clients in an aggregate, anonymous form. This means that the shared information will not contain, or be linked to, any information that personally identifies you. We may also share your individual survey answers with our clients, but those answers will not be labeled with, or linked to, your personal information including your name, email address, and mailing address. Instead, they are linked to an anonymous ID number used internally.
For example, we will not tell our clients that survey participant John Doe from Albany, NY, with the email address jdoe@fakeemail.com answered “B” to survey questions #22. However, we may tell our clients that SurveyMeNow survey respondent number 9132094 answered “B” to survey question number 22.
